ติดตาม รวบรวม ตรวจสอบความถูกต้อง ความสอดคล้องของเอกสารส่งออก ตลอดจนบันทึก ประสานงาน และจัดส่งเอกสารทางการเงินกับฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้อง ทั้งหน่วยงานภายในและภายนอก
- ติดตาม รวบรวมเอกสาร ตรวจสอบความถูกต้อง และความสอดคล้องกับเอกสารประกอบอื่นๆ พร้อมทั้งบันทึกเอกสารที่ต้องจัดทำให้ลูกค้าลงในใบปะหน้าตั๋ว
- ส่งเอกสารที่ต้องแก้ไขเพิ่มเติมคืนให้แผนก Document
- รวบรวมและจัดชุดเอกสารเพื่อการส่งออกทั้งหมด เพื่อเตรียมการจัดส่งให้แผนก Operation
- จัดส่งเอกสารให้ลูกค้า / ธนาคาร เพื่อชำระเงิน หรือจัดส่งให้สายเรือ เพื่อแลกรับ FCR, B/L หรือยืนยันความถูกต้อง
- ประสานงานกับบริษัทประกันภัยการขนส่ง เพื่อการออก Insurance Policy
- บันทึกเลขที่ (BANK'S REFERENCE NO.) และวันที่ ธนาคารตัวแทนส่งเอกสารไปยังธนาคารเมืองนอก ใน Checker's SHARE FILE เพื่อเป็นข้อมูลให้ฝ่ายการเงิน, ประสานงานกับหน่วยงาน L/C และการตลาด เพื่อแจ้งลูกค้า Accept Discrepancy หรือแจ้ง Issuing Bank ไม่ยอมรับ Discrepancy เพื่อให้ธนาคาร ทำการชำระเงิน
- ประสานงานการรับรองเอกสารกับหอการค้า, กระทรวงการต่างประเทศ และสถานทูต รวมทั้งดูแลเรื่องค่าใช้จ่ายในการรับรองเอกสาร
- งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- จบวุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไปไม่จำกัดสาขา
- มีประสบการณ์ เกี่ยวข้องกับสายงาน 1-2 ปีขึ้นไป
- มีความสามารถด้านภาษาอังกฤษอ่านและเขียนในระดับดี
- สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ Microsoft Office ได้ดีมาก
- หากมีประสบการณ์และความรู้เรื่องการตรวจสอบเอกสารส่งออก, การซื้อประกันภัยการส่งออก CIF, การติดธนาคารเพื่อการขายตั๋ว, การรวบรวมเอกสารเพื่อการชำระเงิน, การอ่าน Order Text, Fin Docs And L/C, จะรับพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์และประสานงานกับผู้อื่นได้ดี มีความละเอียดรอบคอบสูง และสามารถทำงานภายใต้ภาวะความกดดันได้ดี
