Product Marketing Executive (Modern Trade)

- Develop forward-thinking solutions and value propositions for product systems, ensuring they align with the evolving needs of modern trade partners.
- Gather real-time field intelligence and user feedback to provide actionable insights for agile product adjustments and developments, ensuring products resonate with modern trade customers.
- Conduct targeted product training sessions for Clients Sales Representatives, equipping them with the knowledge and skills to effectively communicate product benefits. Map out key competitors' product portfolios and help position our products competitively.
- Work with numerous departments, both internal and external, to plan and follow up.
- Create a compelling commercial messaging package, including Selling Tools, Product Services Guide, and Standardized Product Data Sheets, tailored specifically for the modern trade environment.
- Identify and explore additional applications and untapped markets within the modern trade sector to maximize business opportunities and strengthen our presence.
- Cultivate value-added relationships within designated modern trade markets, ensuring Microfiber Industries maintains a strong position and meets the unique needs of our partners.
- Coordinate a delivery date for the customer and follow up on the delivery cycle with the shipping department.
- Provide insightful feedback from the field on competition, distribution channels, applications, and products, contributing to a proactive strategy for maintaining and advancing market share.
- Conduct comprehensive product and market research with key modern trade users to uncover new application requirements and stay ahead of emerging trend
- Create documentation for the sales staff, including Sale orders and quotations
• 1-3 year of experience in Product Management / Marketing is fine.
• Strong communication, negotiation, problem-solving and relationship building skills.
• Good IT skills e.g., MS Office, PowerPoint, Internet etc.
