QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
(1) Education: A high school diploma or local equivalent is required.
(2) Experience: A minimum two years of experience in real estate, customer service, logistics, operations, and/or planning.
(3) Language: (This may be tested)
• Fluent (Reading/Writing/Speaking) of Thai is required.
• Good Working knowledge(Reading/Writing/Speaking) of English is required. You can submit a copy of valid TOEIC score (Listening and Reading Section) of at least 600, or pass the English Placement Test (EPT) that is conducted by the Human Resources Office.
(4) Skills:
• Must possess basic computer skills, including familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must understand Thai customs and be able to deal effectively and professionally with individuals of all rank and social standings.
(5) Knowledge:
Knowledge in one or more of the following areas: Current real estate and housing market in Bangkok, Customer Service, Logistics, operations, and/or planning.
