Supply Clerk (Inventory)

LOCATION: Bangkok

SALARY: Starting from TH฿ 390,321 per annum

WORK HOURS: 40 hours per week

CLOSING DATE: October 10, 2024

The Supply Clerk is responsible for the management and supervision of the supplies ordered by General Services Offices (GSO) procurement and received by the regional warehouse involving the ordering, stocking, distribution and inventory of all supply classes including both expendable (XP) and non-expendable items (NXP). The position is in the General Services Section and under the supervision of the Supply Supervisor.

(1) Education: High School Diploma is required

(2) Experience: Minimum of three years’ experience in logistics, warehousing, supply chain, or inventory management operations is required.

(3) Language: (This may be tested)

• Good working knowledge (Reading/Writing/Speaking) of Thai is required.

• Good working knowledge(Reading/Writing/Speaking) of English is required. You can submit a copy of valid TOEIC score (Listening and Reading Section) of at least 600, or pass the English Placement Test (EPT) that is conducted by the Human Resources Office.

• Capable of planning and managing a wide variety of logistical operations.

• Understanding of basic inventory management principles.

• The incumbent shall possess job knowledge to include general computer literacy, basic math, and office management and administrative skills.

• customer service oriented.
