Financial & Business Analysis Manager

- Manage monthly closing, forecasting, and budgeting for Sales Business Units (SBU).
- Act as a strategic partner to the division head on financial and organizational matters.
- Analyze business portfolio development and cost structures; provide strategic direction.
- Support business planning and evaluate business plans for investments and marketing.
- Prepare presentations for leadership meetings and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Execute standard financial processes and evaluate business strategies and projects.
- Monitor business profitability, assess risks and opportunities, and support M&A processes.
- Foster compliance with corporate standards.
- Bachelor's Degree or Higher in Business Administration, MBA, Economics, Finance, or equivalent.
- 5-10 years of relevant experience, preferably in a multinational corporation.
- Background in financial planning, and strategic planning. (PL, Balance Sheet, Cashflow, Feasibility)
- Strong accounting and tax knowledge, commercial acumen, and SAP experience.
- Skills in PowerBi, Tableau would be an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in English and proficiency in Excel, and PowerPont, or Canva.
- Presentation Skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach and ability to work well in a multi-cultural team.
- CPA or experience with one of the Big Four accounting firms is preferred.
