Financial & Business Analysis Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage monthly closing, forecasting, and budgeting for Sales Business Units (SBU).
• Act as a strategic partner to the division head on financial and organizational matters.
• Analyze business portfolio development and cost structures; provide strategic direction.
• Support business planning and evaluate business plans for investments and marketing.
• Prepare presentations for leadership meetings and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Execute standard financial processes and evaluate business strategies and projects.
• Monitor business profitability, assess risks and opportunities, and support M&A processes.
• Foster compliance with corporate standards.

• Bachelor's Degree or Higher in Business Administration, MBA, Economics, Finance, or equivalent.
• 5-10 years of relevant experience, preferably in a multinational corporation.
• Background in financial planning, and strategic planning. (PL, Balance Sheet, Cashflow, Feasibility)
• Strong accounting and tax knowledge, commercial acumen, and SAP experience.
• Skills in PowerBi, Tableau would be an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills in English and proficiency in Excel, and PowerPont, or Canva.
• Presentation Skills.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach and ability to work well in a multi-cultural team.
• CPA or experience with one of the Big Four accounting firms is preferred.
