- Design and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure software meets quality standards and functional requirements.
- Perform manual and automated testing of web and mobile applications, APIs, and backend systems.
- Document and track bugs, defects, and enhancement requests using issue tracking tools.
- Collaborate with development teams to reproduce and troubleshoot issues reported by customers or internal stakeholders.
- Perform regression testing, load testing, and performance testing to identify and resolve issues before product release.
- Provide feedback on usability and functionality and suggest improvements to enhance user experience and product performance.
- Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings.
- Stay updated with industry best practices, testing methodologies, security trends, and emerging technologies
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as QA Engineer, or Software Tester in a software development environment.
- Strong understanding of testing tools, techniques, and methodologies.
- Solid experience with software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience with test automation tools/frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG) is a plus.
- Knowledge of IT frameworks and compliance requirements (e.g.ISO 27001).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
