Key Responsibilities:
1. Process Implementation and Management
- Lead the design and implementation of new credit card operational processes
- Manage and optimize processes post-implementation
- Conduct regular process audits and implement improvements
2. Operational Leadership
- Manage day-to-day credit card operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy
- Set performance goals and KPIs for the team
- Monitor operational metrics and implement strategies for improvement
3. Change Management
- Develop and execute change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new processes
- Communicate changes effectively to all stakeholders
- Provide training and support to staff during transitions
4. Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of operations professionals
- Manage staffing needs, including hiring and training for new processes
5. Technology Integration
- Work closely with IT teams to integrate new technologies into operational processes
- Identify and implement technological solutions to improve efficiency
6. Risk Management and Compliance
- Ensure new processes comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Develop risk mitigation strategies for new and existing processes
7. Project Management
- Manage multiple process implementation projects simultaneously
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
8. Vendor Management
- Manage relationships with vendors involved in new process implementations
- Negotiate contracts and ensure service level agreements are met
9. Reporting and Analytics
- Provide regular reports on process performance and implementation progress
- Analyze data to identify areas for process improvement
Qualification:
- At least Bachelor’s degree in business.
- 10+ years’ experience in credit card operation function, having team management experience.
- Having experience in implementing new processes or systems.
- Strong understanding of credit card processes and compliance.
- Project management experience is a plus.
- Good intrapersonal relationships with other people.
- Good presentation communication, negotiation skill.
- Good English communication skills for business communication, both verbal and written.
