Job Description:
-Create and develop HR policies and Procedures manual all HR process as required.
- Assist in the provision of the HR services including : Recruitment and Selection, Training and Development, Employee Relations, Welfare and Compensation.
-Manage and ensure compliance with the company’s performance management
Programs, including performance review, reward and recognition programs and disciplinary action procedures.
-HR project work as required.
-Continually update and improve on all HR system as required.
