The Operations Director is responsible for:

• Lead, mentor, and manage operations teams to improve performance.

5. Supply Chain & Logistics Management
• Oversee procurement, inventory control, and logistics to ensure operational efficiency.
• Establish relationships with key suppliers and vendors.

6. Compliance & Risk Management
• Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and company policies.
