- Manage new model and Request for Quotation (RFQ) processes, including price negotiation with suppliers for raw materials used in paint processes and molding.
- Support and coordinate internal and external Value Engineering (VE) activities to achieve cost reduction in collaboration with suppliers.
- Prepare and analyze reports and data to support sourcing decisions and supplier management.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration with suppliers to maintain quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities.
- Monitor and evaluate supplier performance to ensure compliance with company standards and requirements.
- Implement cost-saving initiatives and track their impact on overall project costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sourcing strategies with overall business objectives.
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field).
- Experienced 0-2 years in Automotive industry will be advantaged.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and report preparation.
- Familiarity with supplier management and evaluation.
- Experience with cost reduction initiatives and Value Engineering (VE) activities.
