Mainly support the Human Resource Development (HRD) system, ensuring the continuous growth and skill enhancement of employees.
- Develop and improve training materials, methods, and processes to support various departments and ensure the alignment of training objectives with business needs.
- Monitor and assess training programs, providing feedback and recommendations to improve effectiveness.
- Identify skill gaps and collaborate with department heads to create targeted training plans to address areas for development.
- Manage and maintain records of employee progress and training completion, ensuring compliance with company and industry standards.
- Conduct interviews for operation-level (subcontract) candidates and assess their qualifications.
- Identify and implement improvements in areas related to job responsibilities to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members and management on various assignments and tasks as required.
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management, Humanities in English, Psychology or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in Human Resource management or a related role. (New Graduated are also welcome)
- Strong service mindset and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in English with a TOEIC score of 500 or above.
- Enthusiastic, with a creative approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
