- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, and stakeholders to finalize designs and drawings
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Supervise and inspect construction activities to ensure proper execution as per design.
- Interpret and review construction drawings, specifications, and other technical documents.
- Provide technical guidance and solutions to engineering challenges.
- Conduct site investigations and feasibility studies before project commencement.
- Review and approve materials, techniques, and construction methods.
- Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and clients.
- Attend project meetings and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Ensure adherence to quality control and assurance measures.
- Monitor compliance with safety protocols and risk management procedures.
- Maintain project records, reports, and documentation.
- Age 30-35 years
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or other relevant field
- At least 8 years of experience in project managment in construction
- Experience in Highrise Building (Condominium and Office Building) projects.
- Understanding of civil engineering codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Proficiency in English (Business Level) is required
- Strong problem-solving, leadership, work well underpressure, and analytical skills.
- Ability to do shift work and upcountry.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Offices, and MS Project.
