Marketing Analyst

1) Develop and lead a marketing team that will develop and execute new concepts, business models, channels and partners to position business as innovator and leader
2) Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives, gather and analyze customer insight. Evaluate customer research, market conditions, competitor data and implement marketing plan alterations as needed, Gather and analyze customer insight
3) Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing development strategies based on analysis and feedback, plan marketing and branding objectives and strategies, take calculated risks based on data-driven analytics
4) Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics
5) Analyzing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing
6) Managing all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department, formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote products and services, working with advertising and promotion agencies
7) Expand product solutions and offerings
8) Take calculated risks based on data-driven analytics
9) Co-coordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities, collaborate with Sales and Marketing technical service to develop strategic partnership activities and implement the execution framework and strategic plan on identified opportunities
10) Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans
11) Planning and implementing promotional campaigns, oversee creation and delivery of press releases, advertisements, and other marketing materials\Expand product solutions and offerings
12) Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results
13) Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity, oversee creation and delivery of press releases, advertisements, and other marketing material
14) Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications
15) Creating a wide range of different marketing materials
16) Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives
17) Ensure the most effective messaging and positioning of the organization to the customer
18) Overseeing the company’s marketing budget
Negotiate contracts with vendors and distributors to manage product distribution, establishing distribution networks and developing distribution strategies

Formal Education: Bachelor Degree or Above in Marketing
Working Experience Include Training Experience/ Certification: Extensive experience of developing, maintaining and delivering on marketing strategies to meet company objectives at least 8 years
Proficiency in English, and required TOEIC score of at least 550.
