- Provide legal support to all divisions (routine)
- Support compliance program, compliance action plan, AML compliance, and data compliance (routine)
- Manage and supervise team in providing legal support and advice to all divisions (routine)
- Support any request from Global Compliance (ad hoc)
- Improve division's work process and implement new work process (ad hoc)
- Coord Conduct CRA, ORA and ERM (annually)
- Improve legal and compliance knowledge and skills of team members
- Manage incident cases
- Prepare monthly report and other report to local management (monthly)
- Perform other works as assigned by Management and supervisor
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (LLB/LLM).
• At least 5 - 10 years of experience in Legal, Business Laws, Company Secretary or related field
• Hold a lawyer license.
• Strong knowledge of corporate, commercial, regulatory laws, compliance and AML.
• Experience in contract drafting, reviewing contract, negotiation, and legal risk assessment.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong ethical standards, attention to detail, active with deep listening, and confidentiality awareness.
• Excellent command in written and spoken English.
