• Develop training Program in the Learning Management System (LMS)
• Co-ordinate and evaluate performance through the Performance Management System (PMS)
• Design and apply Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and Competency frameworks to enhance employee development
• Utilize Excel for data analysis, reporting, and HR-related metrics
• Perform other HRD-related tasks as assigned
• Age 30-38 years
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources Development or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in HR development, specifically in LMS, PMS, KPI, and Competency
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
• Excellent coordination skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
