Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze accounting performance, including revenue, expenses, cash flow, and profitability, and provide timely reports to management.
- Responsible for transaction processing for GL, AP, AR, and project management accounting.
- Liaise with tax and accounting auditors regarding year-end audits.
- Conduct reconciliation of fixed assets, AP, accruals, and other related accounts.
- Develop and implement accounting policies and strategies.
- Perform balance sheet reconciliation and month-end/year-end closing.
- Manage and develop the accounting team, ensuring high performance and professional growth.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the efficiency of finance and accounting operations.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Accounting or Business Management.
- 10-15 years of experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in a management role.
- CPA or Chartered Accountant is a plus (CPD required).
- Strong knowledge of Thai accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Proven ability to analyze and close balance sheets and financial statements, including coordination with external auditors.
