- Drive sales by building and maintaining constructive partnering with overseas distributors, leading negotiation to create Win-win trade terms (incl. promo, discounts, rebates).
- Closely monitor key KPI and report to Manager
- Run a reliable sales forecast
- Collect feedback from customers and identify opportunities to improve sales opportunities.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 5 years of experience in related field (experience in elevator and escalator business or B2B sales is an advantage)
- Strong leadership skills, result-oriented, self-motivated.
- Data driven with strong analytical & problem solving
- Good presentation and negotiation skills.
- Able to work under pressure and business dynamic.
- Good Command of both Thai and English in speaking, reading, and writing.
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Offices and presentation tools.
- Strong collaboration with cross functional team.
