As a Product Engineer (M&E/HVAC), you'll present products to clients, collaborate with M&E designers, contractors, and architects to grow the business pipeline, conduct training, explore new market opportunities, and stay updated on industry trends.
Essential Roles and Responsibilities:
1.) Marketing and Vendor Management:
- Maintain an updated vendor list to ensure product quality and specifications meet the requirements, while keeping detailed records of product details, vendor communications, and marketing materials.
- Coordinate sales activities with M&E designers, contractors, architects, owners, and other stakeholders to build relationships and enhance the business pipeline.
2.) Technical Support and Training:
- Provide technical support for M&E/HVAC products, present and ensure accurate communication of technical information and specifications during client interactions.
- Develop product marketing materials, presentations, and specifications and conduct training sessions for staff and partners on product features, usage, and benefits.
3.) Client Collaboration:
- Provide technical support to customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and recommending products based on their needs.
- Facilitate technical discussions among clients, sales teams, and suppliers to ensure effective communication and solutions.
4.) Market Analysis:
- Seek for new opportunities and evaluate the feasibility of potential products, researching industry trends and competitor offerings to support product positioning and marketing strategies.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
