Customer Service Officer/Customer Support

• Explaining and giving service information to both Thai and Foreign Clients in Thai and English on Video call, in person in the office and via Company’s Line Official and WhatsApp Business;

• Have an about 3 hours one on one meeting and interviewing Prestige and High-caliber Foreign Clients from all around the Globe on the Video Call or in the office.

• to Support Sales Team after Sale;

• Matching Thai and Foreign Clients per their ideal match requirement;

• Documentation and Filing of all Clients;

• All Office Documentation and Filing Control;

• Co-ordinating on other works as assigned.

• FEMALE ONLY age 33-38 Max;
• You "MUST" BE "Good" in Written, Spoken, Listening, and Reading Thai and English;
• Minimum 4 Year Experience in Customer Service/Customer Support;
• Minimum 2 Year Experience in Sales;
  
• Well-groomed, good appearance and like to dress up and put make up on and look good everyday;
  
• Good command in using computer and office equipment;
  
• Bachelor Degree;
• Very detailed person;
• In good shape;
• Extrovert, lively and outgoing;
• Smart;
• High EQ/ Has good sense of humor;
• High Service-minded;
• High interpersonal skill;
• Cope with stress well.
