Field of Study:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, specializing in Industrial Engineering, Tool and Materials Engineering, or Mechatronics.
(Additional knowledge in basic coding and programming is an advantage.)

Working Hours:
Monday–Friday and/or alternate Saturdays
Responsibilities:
Plan production schedules (annual, monthly, weekly, and daily) and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure production readiness.
Ensure products are completed on time to meet customer deadlines.
Analyze the impact of any deviations from the production plan.
Summarize and report production outcomes.
Improve work processes for efficiency, prevention, and problem-solving.
Utilize digital technology to support production planning tasks.

2. Strong digital and computer skills, including Advanced Excel, Visual Basic, Microsoft Power Platform, Tableau, and Coding (e.g., Python).Knowledge of algorithms, optimization, and AI is a plus.

4. Eagerness to learn new things and continuously develop oneself, including learning various software programs.
5. Open-minded and receptive to feedback for continuous improvement.
6. Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of explaining processes clearly.
