1. HR Admin role:
• Perform as HR Admin main point of contact.
2. Employee Profiling and Document Management:
• Handle documentation and maintenance of employee profiles, including E-profiling.
• Ensure that all employee records are updated and organized according to company standards.
• Handle document requests from candidates, ensuring that all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and promptly.
• Work closely with the HR team to ensure all documentation aligns with internal procedures and policies.
• Assists subcontractors contract issuance.
3. Meeting Coordination:
• Schedule and coordinate meetings through online channels, ensuring that both virtual and on-site meetings are properly arranged.
• Prepare meeting agendas and minutes under the supervision of an officer.
4. Hiring Process Support:
• Liaise with the Hiring Manager to assist in the hiring process, including coordinating interviews and communicating with candidates.
5. Talent Acquisition sourcing management:
• Post, design a media for job posting in various job platform; including Job platform/board, social media, University, government agency related.
6. Employee Engagement:
• To facilitate engagement activities through, new joiner onboarding, support HR activities.
• Employee benefit registration, OPD, Healthcheck, probation period.
