- Provide daily technical support for PC hardware, software, and peripherals via phone and email.
- Administer and operate LAN networks and system management.
- Troubleshoot system and network issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, operating systems, and applications in compliance with corporate standards.
- Manage IT equipment requests, including preparation, deployment, and maintenance.
- Monitor and maintain system performance, identifying and addressing issues proactively.
- Ensure all service contracts are in place and valid.
- Provide user support, including procedural documentation and training.
- Develop, document, and implement IT policies and procedures.
- Uphold company values, ethics, and security policies.
- Collaborate effectively with IT teams to ensure seamless technical support.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 0-3 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or a similar role (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Strong knowledge of PC hardware, operating systems (Windows/macOS), and networking.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
Work location : Wallstreet Tower Bldg., 23rd Fl.,Surawongse Rd.,Suriyawongse, Bangrak, Bangkok, Thailand 10500 (BTS Sladeang)
Work time : Work on 08.30 - 17.30 (Mon-Fri)
