- Coordinate with all concerned to get the cost to provide quotation to customers.
- Coordinate with related party(ies) to support customer requirements, including solve problem, implementation, and all logistics services responsibilities as one stop service.
- Follow up with customers and oversea inquiry(ies), i.e., shipment status, related documents, billing, claim, and other requirements (if any)
- Monitor daily e-mails and business requirements from internal and external parties.
- Monitor cargo movement and give advice to Operation Team for smooth cargo handling.
- Maintain and develop business relationship with new/existing customers.
- Other responsibilities as per Company/Manager’s Assignment.
* Working Location : Rayong Branch*
**Work on: Mon - Fri 08.30 - 17.30**
- Male or Female with Thai nationality only. Age between 24 - 35 years old.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or any related field.
- At least 1 years of experience as Sales Representative/Coordinator/Customer Service in freight forwarder or Logistics fields.
- Good command in English (TOEIC score 600 up will be advantage) Computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge in Incoterms and Logistics (Air/Ocean cargo and import/export, etc.)
- Positive attitude, service-minded, good personality, cooperativeness and hard-working.
- Can make good relationship with customer.
- Can work under pressure well.
- Own car and driving license are a must.
