Jobs Description :
-Supervise the production process ,develop and improve production processes and quality of production.
-Increasing Efficiency of Production Process .
-Provide daily direction to the production daily and monthly employees through personal contact, effective programs and policies.
-Directs and manages shop floor manufacturing and production.
-Executes Production activities through coordination and effective use of resources to ensure manufacturing objectives are met.
-Identify and corrects potential constraints before they become a problem
-Efficiently utilized all resources available.
-Support and make sample for sale and marketing team
-Ensure compliance with all health and safety policies and guidelines, including environmental protection compliance.
-Maintain and support for ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 certifications.
-Control safety all process in department.
-Drive continuous improvements throughout the department.
-Implement Manufacturing Excellence through the use of Lean tools and techniques driving continuous improvements in all processes and all departments.
-Develops, coaches, mentors, and discipline employees as needed .
-Ensure timely and accurate reporting of safety necessary operational issues.
Qualifications :
- Male , Age 32 years above.
- Hold Bachelor Degree Industrial Engineer, Wood and paper product technology or related filed.
- Having experience more than 5 years in furniture production process
- Experienced in product design.
- Experienced in managing of production or manufacturing .
- Initiative, result oriented and good team player .
- High responsibility ,cooperative and able to produce work on schedule.
- Knowledge of management and problem solving skills
- A strong leader with good communication skills .
- Can read drawing and auto cad file
- Good command of English.
- Able to use Microsoft Office.
