- Confidently articulate, present and demonstrate the business value of Korber’s application solutions for warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Demonstrate solutions in a way that clearly differentiates us from the competition.
- Work with sales and implementation teams to determine potential solution fit.
- Create product solution presentations of Korber solutions that reinforce Korber’s value proposition that drive business transformation with the prospective customer.
- Participate in meetings and interviews with prospects to gather and understand their business’s requirements and technical environments. Resolve technical and product functionality questions.
- Work with Product Management / Marketing on competitor information, industry analysis, technology, and market trends.
- Respond to requests for proposals (RFPs).
- Work with Professional Services on deal progression, expectations, statement of works, and transition post-sale.
- Maintain industry, market, and product knowledge, as well as, stay abreast of competitor’s products, technology and offerings. Further, maintain knowledge of appropriate technology evolution.
- Provide product demo and training as required.
- Maintain a working, demonstration environment suitable for performing solution demonstrations.
- Follow sales/presales rules of engagement and activity reporting as required.
- Articulate the Infor technology vision & strategy in tandem with solution offerings
- Develop and manage client relationships
- Become proficient in Sales for other Korber products as required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ Sales experience in a reputed WMS/ERP Application is Preferred.
- Domain expertise in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Distribution Industries.
- Additional experience on WMS (Warehouse Management System) as a Sale or Consultant would be beneficial.
- Tertiary qualification in a business-related field is preferred.
- Experience, good understanding and knowledge of warehousing operations/process, material handling systems and labour/task management
- Experience selling Enterprise Software applications/solutions in multiple industries.
- As a Sales/Solution Consultant, good leadership and mentoring skills will be required to help contribute to account/opportunity strategies.
- Experience of the Korber technologies may be an advantage, although experience of similar ERP solutions will also be considered.
- Knowledge of positioning and selling Cloud-based solutions.
- Proven experience of solution consulting, although relevant product knowledge from an implementation or project related perspective will be considered.
- Expert knowledge on end-to-end processes analysis and solution alignment
- Outstanding presentation and communication skills
- Fluency in Thai/English verbal and written.
