- Follow up with customers for necessary documents.
- Coordinate between oversea agents, customers and suppliers.
- Communicate with sales team for buying and selling rate, update quotation and customer requirement.
- Issue invoice to consignee.
- Coordinate with billing team for any money collection issue.
- Can open and close the job as schedule.
- Can check the documents correctly and timely.
- Male or Female
- Age between 22-35 years old.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Good command in English both written and verbal.
- Computing skill – excel, world, outlook, internet
- Good in coordination and communication both external and internal, having interpersonal skill and team work.
- Working experience in freight forwarder at least 2 years.
