- Coordinates and supervises the daily activities of a support, production or operations team (disciplinary leadership)
- Sets priorities for the team to ensure task completion
- Coordinates work activities with other supervisors
- Accountable for the results of support or production operations teams
- Trains team members and provides input to employee performance evaluations
- Make decisions and solve problems guided by policies and procedures
- Receives guidance and oversight from manager
- Bachelor's Degree or higher Logistics or related field
- 3-5 years of work experience in Logistics or managerial background
- Familiar with managerial KPIs
- Able to multi-task
- Good command in English
- Good presentation skills
- Good team player
- Computer skills
- Familiar with Warehouse Management System (WMS) is an advantage
