Job Descriptions: ** Closing FS monthly on 5th everymonth**
- Booking Daily A/P (ตั้งหนีั้ประจำวัน)
- Make outgoing payment by due date (จัดทำใบสำคัญจ่ายตามดิวจ่าย)
- Taking care and Booking Fixed asset in SAP (ดูแลจัดทำทะเบียนทรัพย์สิน)
- Reconcile Bank and make Daily Cash report.(กระทบยอดเงินฝากประจำวันพร้อมทั้งทำรายงาน)
- Coordiante with other team for follow up all document related (ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง)
- Daily make incoming payment in SAP systems.(จัดทำใบสำคัญรับเงินประจำวันในระบบ)
- Taking care input tax and output tax ( จัดทำรายงานภาษีซื้อ ภาษีขาย)
- E-filling all Taxes ( PP.30 ,PP.36 , PND.3 , PND 53 , PND.54)
- Monthly prepare financial statement details ( A/R balance, A/P balance / etc.) (จัดทำรายละเอียดประกอบงบการเงินประจำเดือน)
- Ad-hoc tasks assignments.
QUALIFICATIONS:

- - Candidate must possess Bachelor's Degree
- - At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- - Prefer CPD holder
- - Demonstrate professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive matters
- - Good organizational and multi-tasking capabilities
- - Mature and independent and able to work independently
- - Good work in high pressure, good communication
- - Have ability to provide detail, good numerical and analytical skill
- - Fair communication skills in English
- - Good proficiency of computer literacy likes Excel (table and graphs) PowerPoint, Outlook
