Key Account (Lazada)

- Create and update product listings, ensuring accurate and appealing product descriptions, images, and pricing.
- Oversee daily operations on sales and stock management. Implement strategies for pricing, promotions, and product listings.
- Develop and execute online sales strategies to drive traffic, increase sales, and meet revenue goals.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, e-commerce best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and competitiveness.
- Monitor platform analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement online marketing campaigns to boost sales and brand awareness.
- Coordinating with internal departments (purchasing, accounting, marketing, and customer service) and external parties (warehouse) to troubleshoot and resolve business issues.
- Work closely with platform Key- account to increase sales and seek new opportunities for your channel.
- Drive E-commerce channel to achieve sales target, net sales, and key KPI through the development and execution of E-Commerce strategy.
- Manages budget plan monthly/quarterly/yearly , and performance Marketing analysis and optimization, output the report.
- Utilize marketing tools to drive traffic and conversions. Analyze sales data for trends and opportunities.
- Drive digital sales to meet specified targets, while closely monitoring Return on Investment (ROI) metrics, including Gross Merchandise Volume (GMV) and marketing fees.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business management, or a related field.
- Welcome new graduated.
- Strong understanding of marketplace trend.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective customer interaction and marketing content creation.
- be able to communicate clearly, concisely, and creatively
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good in English and Thai.
- Experience in selling online with Lazada, Shopee, TikTok will be an advantage.
