To Verify, analysis and develop to ensure all activities and business are operating in accordance with Safety expectations of the organization.
1. Monitor, support, develop and maintain safety system on site in scope of Employee, Construction, Event.
2. Advise and recommend solutions, improvement opportunities or new prevention measures to ensure that all operation activities in the organization comply with are in compliance with Laws and Occupational Health & Safety standard.
3. Control to have appropriate procedures in place in relation to Safety targets.
4. Conduct Occupational Health & Safety risk assessment, present to employer and stipulate regulation on safety working to prevent and reduce accidents.
5. Investigate all accidents, injuries, or occupational diseases to determine root causes / preventive measures and propose to Safety Manager & Management Team.
6. Respond in Internal audit and External Provider audit.
7. Preparing management plans and conducting Safety programs and processes to ensure all activity and business are operating in accordance with Safety expectations.
8. Training employees and External Provider with the proper knowledge to work safely and comply with Laws & company’s safety rules.
9. Issue annual plan and/or project on work safety for management approval.
