HR Operations (Internship)
บริษัท ไทยแอร์เอเชีย จำกัด- Assist with onboarding new hires: collect paperwork, process new hire information into the HR system, prepare welcome materials
- Manage employee database: update employee information, maintain accurate records
- Support with benefits administration: answer employee questions, process benefit enrollment changes
- Assist with payroll processing: prepare timesheets for interns, ensure accurate data entry
- Compile reports: generate reports on headcount, turnover rates, time off usage
- Prepare and maintain HR documentation: employee handbook, job descriptions
- Assist with HR projects: research and implement new HR technology, help plan employee events
- Currently studying in a bachelor's degree program
- Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiar with Google Suites and digital tools will be advantage
- Passion for building a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Proactive and resourceful with a willingness to learn.
- Willing to learn new things and can adapt to the tasks
- Can work at Don Mueang International Airport
