- To provide day-to-day support level 1 and Level 2 technical support.
- Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting server and computer on Endpoint Security.
- Assisting with IT-related projects and implementations to ensure smooth in IT operations
- Be able to work on-site or remote support
- Performing routine maintenance and system updates.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields.
- Experience in IT Support, Help Desk, Service Desk or similar roles.
- Good knowledge of Endpoint Security, and networking basics.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, VPNs, and remote support tools.
- Have patience and good interpersonal skills, have good communication skills.
