- Driving the full spectrum of recruiting and selection activities such as Manpower Planning, recruitment strategy.
- Creating and implementing talent acquisition strategies for leadership, mid-career and graduate hiring.
- Partner closely and effectively with the Management Team, Production Team, Outreach Team and HR Team to understand staffing needs and develop, build and execute sourcing strategy.
- Source, qualify and deliver highly qualified prospects using multiple tools and techniques for a variety of Animation , Art or Production development roles at all levels.
- Build talent pipelines and maintain a network of prospects through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management and sourcing campaigns.
- Develop and deliver on industry event strategies in coordination with cross-functional partners (talent attraction, talent professionals and operations).
- Performing any other works which may be assigned from time to time.
- Performing and responsibilities are compliance with regulations and internal audit processes.
- Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Human Resources Management, or similar
- Experience in 2+ year in HR or Talent Acquisition , Recruitment
- Experience in Animation or Game Industry (a plus)
- Good communication skills, Multi Task skills, Time Management, Negotiation skills, and Critical Thinking.
- A proficiency in both Thai & English (Reading, Writing and Speaking.)
