- Identify development needs within the organization through effective tools
- Design development programs and material based on the company direction and business unit's needs to enhance staff capabillity.
- Create yearly development programs and manage all expense within budget and align with company direction and financial efficiency.
- Conduct orientaion program for new staff in term of company overview, department process, rule®ulation, compliance, welfare and benefit.
- To be facilitator in Corporate Training and In-house Trainer
- Ensure to submit staff training record, training expense and yearly report to Department of Skill Development (DSD) within timeline.
- Administrate training program both in-house and with outside institutions according to plan and budget to ensure that training courses are deliver as timeline and productivity.
- Handle HR Special Project and Create staff activities ot support corporate culture/values
- Bachelor's degree or higher in related HR, OD, Educational or relevant field.
- At least 5 years in HR training, HR development and HROD
- Proactive with Growth Mindset
- Experience as Senior or Supervisor level
- Experience in culture/values implementation
