หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

We are looking for a Solution Architect with expertise in designing and optimizing electrical power systems, cooling systems, and environmental controls for data centers. This role involves designing and improving efficient and reliable infrastructure systems for data centers, focusing on energy optimization and ensuring operational stability.

Responsibilities:

Electrical Power System Design:

Design power distribution systems for data centers, including UPS, generators, and power distribution units (PDUs).

Develop redundant architectures (N+1) to ensure operational stability.

Monitor and improve energy efficiency in the electrical power systems.

Cooling System Design:

Design basic cooling systems (e.g., CRAC, CRAH) for data centers.

Manage airflow to control temperature within data center spaces.

Apply energy-saving strategies in cooling system design.

Environmental System Design & Monitoring:

Design environmental monitoring systems for temperature, humidity, and air quality in data centers.

Plan and assist with meeting industry standards for environmental compliance in data centers.

Collaboration with Teams:

Work closely with mechanical, electrical, and IT teams to ensure optimal design for data center systems.

Collaborate on system audits and enhancements to meet operational demands effectively.

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

At least 3 years of experience in electrical power systems, cooling systems, or data center design.

Technical Skills:

Basic knowledge of electrical power systems design, such as UPS, generators, and power distribution.

Understanding of cooling systems, such as CRAC, CRAH, and energy-saving strategies in cooling design.

Familiarity with environmental monitoring, such as temperature, humidity, and air quality measurement in data centers.

Soft Skills:

Problem-solving and project management skills.

Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Certifications (Preferred):

Certifications from Uptime Institute, CDCP, or other data center-related training.

Planet Communications Asia Public Company Limited

บริษัท แพลนเน็ต คอมมิวนิเคชั่น เอเชีย จำกัด (มหาชน) ก่อตั้งเมื่อวันที่ 27 เมษายน 2537 ภายใต้ชื่อ บริษัท เทคโนโลยีเกตเวย์เอเชีย จำกัด ด้วยทุนจดทะเบียนจำนวน 2 ล้านบาท โดยนายประพัฒน์ รัฐเลิศกานต์ และนายทรีเวอร์ ทอมป์สัน ซึ่งมีความเชี่ยวชาญและประสบการณ์ในธุรกิจเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศมากว่า 30 ปี โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อประกอบธุรกิจให้คำปรึกษา พัฒนา และวางระบบสื่อสารผ่านดาวเทียม (Satellite Communication) สำหรับลูกค้าทั้งภาครัฐและเอกชน ต่อมาเมื่อวันที่ 20 ตุลาคม 2541 บริษัทฯ ได้ทำการเปลี่ยนชื่อเป็นบริษัท แพลนเน็ต คอมมิวนิเคชั่น เอเชีย จำกัด

ปัจจุบัน แพลนเน็ตคอม ดำเนินธุรกิจหลักด้านการบูรณาการระบบสื่อสารทางไกล (System Integrator) ดังนี้ โครงสร้างพื้นฐานด้านระบบสื่อสาร (Network Infrastructure) ระบบการสื่อสารแบบรวมศูนย์ (Unified Communications) และ การถ่ายทอดสัญญาณโทรทัศน์ผ่านระบบดิจิทัล (Digital Broadcasting) และยังได้ต่อยอดจากธุรกิจหลักโดยจดทะเบียนบริษัทย่อยเริ่มตั้งแต่ปี พ.ศ. 2557 จนถึงปัจจุบันโดยแบ่งเป็นบริษัทและธุรกิจดังนี้
