- Manage IT Infrastructure (WAN, LAN Wireless, Server (Physical, VM) Printer, Network equipment, Backup, etc.)
- Manage and support all Information Security (Data Protection, Antivirus, Active Directory, etc.)
- Manage or provide new Innovation, Technology to support user's operation or management's requirement.
- Manage and support all IT Infrastructure to make sure all can use with no problem (LAN, Wirelerss, etc) IT Operation (Hardware, Sofeware, etc.)
- Ensuring operational activities align with global IT Standards and security policies.
- Maintaining all support processes and IT asset management.
- Perform IT asset procurement and review of IT business processes including reporting, evaluating and propose improvements. (Procurement, configuration, repair projects, local budget cousulting).

- Responsible for duty under limited pressure.
- Collaboration and teamwork.
- Quality, Safety and cost consciousness.
- Good human relations and a great personality.
- Reporting and communication skill.
