1.Formulate annual return analysis planning and communicate return rhythm with market regions
2.Coordinate data analysis and problem organization across factories and market data
3.Organize departments to analyze market returns and process returns
4.Organize problem analysis for corrective actions and follow-up to ensure market indicators are met
- Bachelor's Degree of Engineering
- Have over 8 years of experience in the home appliance manufacturing industry/Quality/R&D product experience, with a customer service awareness
- Possesses strong execution, communication, coordination, and planning abilities, as well as good learning and stress resistance capabilities
- Good communicate in English
- High responsibility
