o Analyze and control failure costs related to market complaints.

o Identify root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to minimize defects.
3. Quality Improvement & Collaboration
o Provide updates on product quality issues and collaborate with relevant departments to enhance product standards.
o Work closely with subsidiaries, headquarters, and customers to resolve quality concerns.
4. Customer & Stakeholder Communication
o Attend meetings with customers, subsidiaries, and headquarters to discuss product quality and improvement strategies.
