สามารถเจรจาต่อรองได้
• Draft business contracts and all necessary legal documents as assigned.
• Review contractual document in use and recommend for improvement.
• Provide consulting, advice, suggestion relating to business contracts and legal documents.
• Support and advice on debt collection and court cases on related legal issue.
• Give advice and guidance on all legal matters, perform various tasks related to legal matters.
• Keep track of new updates in business law.
• Other related legal matter as assigned.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Law or higher degree
• At lease 5-10 years experiences in drafting, negotiating and reviewing business contracts and legal documents
• Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and research skills
• Good in writing and reading in English language
• Good communication and interpersonal skill with an ability to work effectively as a member of team as well as independently
• High responsibility, motivation, service mind, positive thinking and good coordinator
• Being adaptable and able to work under pressure, changing environments and uncertainty
