Job Responsibilities:
• Plan, manage, and coordinate with relevant functions to execute marketing activities for new product launches, promotions, campaigns, and special events to boost sales and customer engagement.
• Collaborate with buyers to identify business opportunities and maximize sales volume and profitability.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and conduct competitor analysis, providing recommendations related to the 4Ps and consumer engagement strategies.
• Align marketing efforts with business objectives by coordinating closely with the sales team.
• Analyze, monitor, and report sales figures, market conditions, trends, and competitor activities, presenting insights and recommendations.
• Develop creative briefs and work with design teams to produce impactful online and offline materials supporting sales and marketing objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, accounting, PR and Sales
• Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed
Job Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Cosmetic Science, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in marketing
• Strong skills in negotiation, communication, planning, analytical thinking, critical thinking, and problem-solving.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Canva, and PowerPoint, with experience in video editing.
• Proven expertise in marketing, creativity, teamwork, and excellent communication abilities.
• Prior experience in marketing skincare or cosmetic products is a significant advantage.
• Detail-oriented, open-minded, and highly organized.
• Excellent presentation/training skill
• Good command in English communication skills
