- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability
- Oversee all factory operational departments, including production, logistic, quality control, engineer and dot-line unit
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational goals are met
- Develop and manage the company budget, ensuring that all expenses are within budget
- Analyze operational data align with financial data to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other leadership team members [CEO, CFO, CCO], develop and implement business strategies
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, partners, and the board of directors
- Ensure that all company policies and procedures are followed
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Bachelor or Higher in Chemical Engineer or related field
- Over 10 years experience in operation function of chemical/consumer goods manufacturing business
- Five or more years of experience in executive roles
- Excellent leadership skills, with steadfast resolve and personal integrity
- Understanding of advanced business planning and regulatory issues
- Solid grasp of data analysis and performance metrics
- Ability to diagnose problems quickly and foresee potential issues
