Finance & Accounting Manager
TOS Thailand- Financial Operations: Oversee day-to-day financial activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger maintenance.
- Financial Reporting: Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, and provide insights on financial performance.
- Budget Management: Collaborate with departments to develop and manage budgets, tracking expenses, and analyzing variances to ensure fiscal responsibility.
- Internal Controls: Establish and maintain internal controls to ensure compliance with financial policies, prevent errors, and mitigate risks.
- Payroll Management: Oversee and ensure accuracy in payroll processing, overtime calculations, and other compensation-related tasks. Provide advice to employees on payroll, benefits, and related queries. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders as necessary.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the accounting team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and efficiency enhancements in financial operations.
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate financial insights and trends to the Business Unit General Manager and Financial Controller to support decision-making.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and reporting requirements in the regions of operation.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to provide insights into cost structures, revenue streams, and opportunities for profitability enhancement.
- Business Partnership: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business operations and provide financial guidance.
- Risk Management: Assess financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring financial stability and resilience.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance (Master's degree a plus)
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in finance or accounting, with 4+ years in management or leadership
- Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and local regulations
- Proficient in and Microsoft Office Suite, MS Excel advanced
- Proficient in financial software and ERP systems with Quickbooks Enterprise Solutions or MS Dynamics a plus
- Effective communication and team leadership skills
- Native English speaker with TOEIC score of 725 or higher
