- Maintain accurate records and reports related to shuttle operations, expenses, and compliance.
Job Description: Administrative Staff (Canteen & Nutrition Management)
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the company canteen to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Coordinate with food suppliers and catering vendors to maintain quality, hygiene, and cost control.
- Monitor food safety standards and compliance with company policies and government regulations.
- Manage meal planning and nutritional balance to ensure employees receive adequate and healthy meals.
- Handle budget planning, cost analysis, and financial reporting related to the canteen operation.
- Address employee feedback and implement improvements in food quality and service.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of canteen facilities.
- Support administrative tasks related to canteen operations, such as documentation, contract management, and supplier evaluation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in administrative operations or transportation management is a plus.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
- Good communication skills in both written and spoken English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented with a focus on safety and cost efficiency.
Qualifications: Administrative Staff (Canteen & Nutrition Management)
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Hospitality Management, Food Science, or a related field.
- Experience in food service management, nutrition, or administrative roles is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders, including vendors and employees.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
