หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

Implement and promote safety practices aligned with company standards and local procedures.
Ensure technicians follow HEINEKEN safety principles and standards.
Analyze daily breakdowns and coordinate corrective actions with technicians and Chief Engineer.
Monitor line performance and ensure technician activities are executed properly.
Prioritize, plan, and schedule work orders for effective maintenance execution.
Collaborate with other departments for troubleshooting, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
Perform and document maintenance and calibration activities as per the PM schedule.
Facilitate breakdown analysis (BDA, RCFA) to prevent recurring issues.
Oversee preventive maintenance and improvements of the electrical power system, including clean energy supply.
Manage electrical and automation projects, ensuring timely progress and budget control.
Develop and implement automation upgrades, maintaining process automation systems.
Ensure compliance with TAP quality systems (ISO 9001, HACCP, etc.).
Provide technical support during audits and liaise with auditors.
Manage team performance, set goals, and foster workforce development.
Train technicians through OJT and coaching to address competency gaps and career growth.

คุณสมบัติ

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical, Electronic, Automation, Mechatronic Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience (experience in the food and beverage industry is an advantage).
Proficiency in Thai and English, both written and spoken.
Expertise in PLC (Allen Bradley, Siemens), SCADA, Cyber Security, Electrical & Automation, Process Instrumentation, and Process Design & Improvement.
Strong knowledge in Electrical Engineering, Maintenance Engineering, and Project Management.
