Sales Coordinator for M Academy (Training Center)

Conduct sales calls and follow-up activities to nurture leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
Coordinate and schedule client appointments, consultations, and facility tours as needed.
Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients in a clear and persuasive manner.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and objectives.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status using our CRM system.
Assist in the development of marketing materials, sales collateral, and promotional campaigns to support sales efforts.
Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry conferences to represent the training center and generate leads.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for business growth.
Provide feedback and insights to management regarding sales performance, customer needs, and market trends.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the education or training industry.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Self-motivated and results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
