Mega Lifesciences is looking for a Senior Engineer (Automation) to work closely with Utility Manager in a fast-paced environment that will offer ample opportunity to learn and to expand your profile
Job Summary
As a Senior Engineer (Automation), your key tasks are as below:
• Design, develop and programming for Automation Control Systems at all plant of Bangpoo
• Automation maintenance and troubleshooting of Process and Packaging machines to ensure reliability
• Plan and execute the spares and Modification costs as per assigned budget by superior
• Coaching and training Automation engineers for knowledge and capability
• Maintain Backup programs and documentation for Automation systems
• Prepare and propose updates to concerned procedures and SOPs as per current practices and responsible for implementation
• Responsible for raising the Change Control, NCR, and Deviations for the respective department
• Prepare and propose updates to concerned procedures and SOPs as per current practices and responsible for implementation
• Ensure GMP compliance
• Other jobs as assigned by the immediate supervisor from time to time

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electric, Mechatronics Engineer
• Minimum 5 years experience in automation design and development
• Good English communication skills
• Ability to operate and Program SCADA, PLC and Labview
• Good understanding of network and database
• Experience in MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems)
• Willing to work in IE Bangpoo, Samut Prakan.
