1. Manage the project definition for scope, objectives, feasibility.
2. Create and streamline project management processes, methodologies, and tools.
3. Plan to ensure resource mobility including timeline, availability, and resource allocation.
4. Manage team to ensure all projects delivered on-time within scope and budget.
5. Manage third parties vendors for the execution of projects.
6. Facilitate team collaboration and communication.
7. Project admin support (Vendor contract management, vendor payment management, internal/customer meeting arrangement).
8. Support project needs, e.g. play the PM or project coordinator role of customer-facing projects.
9. Assess and evaluate progress toward project plan and objectives.
10. Manage project close down to ensure deliverable complete and issues resolved/closed.
11. Regularly report project progress and escalate issues to team leaders and above as required.
