- Conduct thorough research and analysis on competitors, market trends, product usage, and customer feedback to support product development strategies.
- Perform detailed comparisons of design, quality, and pricing for products and services in the marketplace.
- Identify opportunities to enhance existing products and services to ensure competitiveness and drive revenue growth especially B2C.
- Document research findings while out of the office and prepare reports or presentations for stakeholders to communicate insights and recommendations.
- Provide assistance with product and service information while collaborating closely with sales team.
- Measure, analyze, and report on the performance of products and services regularly in coordination with the team.
- Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to meet team objectives.
- Undertake additional assignments as directed by the director to support team goals.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in product development, market research, or related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Materials Engineer, Civil Engineer, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
- Working experience from construction material and Zoho will be an advantage.
- Highly proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, and SQL, with strong presentation skills.
- Ability to collect data, analysis, and interpret it into a profitability marketing plan.
- Willing to gain a deep understanding of new knowledge and company products.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Possesses strong agility and quick thinking, a curious mindset, and looking to work with a company for the long term.
- Good communication in both Thai and English."
