- Minimum 3 years of experience in product development, product management, or related field.
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, materials engineer, civil engineer, industrial engineering, business administration, or related field.
- Experience in construction materials and familiarity with Zoho software is an advantage.
- Understanding of building materials, product specifications, manufacturing processes, and quality standards.
- Highly proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, with strong presentation skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and reliability.
- Skilled in analyzing market trends, customer needs, and product performance.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks such as product launches, training sessions, and feedback collection.
- Ability to convey technical details to diverse audiences (designers, contractors, distributors, end customers).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
