Admin Sales Coordinator

• To work with Sales department and service department especially sales in Life science and Industry division.
• Process purchase request (PR) and purchase order (PO) for Domestic vendors, including tracking goods.
• Process purchase request (PR) and purchase order (PO) for Eppendorf produce.
• Issue sales invoice for every instrument orders.
• Prepare Guaranty (BG) for all tenders.
• Prepare company documents such as PP20, etc. for all tenders.
• Handle inquiry for online shopping place case orders.
• Manage queue and delivery plan for logistic (truck and messenger)
• To ensure all the administration procedures follow the company ISO 9001:2015 standard.
Key performance indication.
• All PR and PO for domestic orders must be completed with zero error.
• Goods from the vendor must cards in time. In the case of a high chance of late delivery, you must inform the sales staff 1 month earlier to find a solution.
• All invoices and warranty cards must invoice for every single case.
Required - Skill / Knowledge / Academic Qualification:
• Thai Nationality, Male or Female, Age between 23-32 years old
• Minimum 1 years of experiences on admin & sales coordinator or related field.
• Comfortable working in a highly visible role
• Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills
• Honest, ethical, and dependable
• Experienced in mediation and conflict resolution processes.
• Positive, ambitious person attitude
• Expert stress management skills and the ability to make cards decisions under pressure.
• Attentive listener; understanding, empathetic, and personable.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in accounting, or related field
• Highly computer literate in Microsoft Suite (especially Excel)
